Current Job Opportunities
The individual in this role is responsible for providing overall support to the accounting team reporting directly to the Accounting/Finance Manager under the supervisor of the senior accountant. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for accurately billing and processing claims, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely reimbursement from payers.
Assists the Lead Teacher with planning, organizing, and providing a comprehensive therapeutic childcare program to children with and without special needs to enhance their development in reaching their maximum potential. Conducts daily activities to facilitate individual learning experiences which assist in the child’s development as identified in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) or Plan of Care (POC) and with the program design. Works collaboratively with ESWG’s administration and other staff to ensure all aspects of the program development and delivery are consistent with ESWG’s mission.
Director of Behavioral Services
The Behavior Support Services Director will lead, direct, and manage the Behavior Support Services program which provides behavior-analytic services to individuals 3 years through adulthood. The Director provides supervision for a cadre of staff including, BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs.
Lead Teacher - Children
Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive therapeutic child development program for children with and without special needs. Plans, conducts daily activities to facilitate individual learning experiences to assist in the development of living skills consistent with the participant’s objectives identified in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) / Plan of Care (POC) and with the program design. Works collaboratively with ESWG’s administration and other staff to ensure all aspects of the program development and delivery are consistent with ESWG’s mission.
Pre-Employment Trainer
Responsible to provide pre-employment training to adolescents with disabilities, ages 14-22, in a school-based setting.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Follows daily activities which facilitate individual learning experiences that assist in the development of living skills consistent with the participant’s objectives identified in the Individual Support Plan (ISP)/ Plan of Care (POC) and with the program design. Helps individuals build relationships and make life lasting connections in the community. Works collaboratively with ESWG’s administration and other staff to ensure all aspects of the program development and delivery are consistent with ESWG’s mission.
Life Skills Assistant - Adults
Assists the Life Skills Coach with planning, organizing, and providing a comprehensive therapeutic adult day program to adults with disabilities. Conducts daily activities, to facilitate individual learning experiences, and assists in the development of living skills consistent with the participant’s objectives identified in the Individual Support Plan (ISP)/ Plan of Care (POC) and with the program design. Works collaboratively with ESWG’s administration and other staff to ensure all aspects of the program development and delivery are consistent with ESWG’s mission.
