Family Support Program
Program Overview
Easterseals West Georgia’s Family Support Program assists families with needed health services and medical care not covered by insurance and provides basic supplies to meet fundamental needs of the individual. Our Family Support Program also enables families of loved-ones with disabilities, including elderly individuals, to continue caring for their loved-one in their home.

Specialized Medical Supplies
This program supports individuals on the NOW/COMP Medicaid Waiver by providing essential supplies such as incontinent supplies, wipes, and feeding supplements.

Champions for Children
Champions for Children assists families who have a child with a disability pay for medical supplies, therapeutic services, adaptive equipment and more. This program was created for children who have been denied both Medicaid and the Katie Beckett Waiver.
