Part-Time Behavior Technician (RBT Training Provided)

The Opportunity
Are you looking for a meaningful part-time role that builds your professional resume? Easterseals West Georgia is seeking compassionate, energetic individuals to join our Behavior Support team.
No RBT certification? We will invest in you! We pay for the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course and exam fees. While the training hours are completed off-the-clock, we provide the path and the funding for you to become a certified professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities
Direct Intervention: Provide one-on-one behavioral support following plans designed by our BCBAs.
Skill Development: Assist participants with communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
Certification Path: Complete the sponsored RBT training program to earn your national credential.
Data Collection: Use digital tools to track participant progress and behavior during your shifts.
Collaboration: Work under the direct supervision of a BCBA to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s in progress/completed is a plus).
Commitment: Willingness to complete the RBT training course independently (ESWG covers all enrollment and exam costs!).
Experience: Previous experience with children, coaching, or caregiving is a plus, but not required.
Traits: Patience, reliability, and a heart for serving the special needs community.
Compliance: Must pass a criminal background check (fingerprint).
