Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Role
Join the leadership team at Easterseals West Georgia! As a BCBA, you will help lead, direct, and manage our Behavior Support Services program, serving individuals from age 3 through adulthood. This role is perfect for a clinician who is passionate about both direct intervention and mentorship. You will provide vital supervision to a cadre of staff, including BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring that our ABA therapy meets the highest standards of efficacy and care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
Direct Supervision: Lead, train, and coach behavior support clinicians and RBTs; facilitate treatment teams to ensure service efficacy.
Assessment & Planning: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments/Analyses (FBA) and develop comprehensive individual behavior support plans and strategies.
Program Oversight: Oversee plan development and ongoing data analysis to ensure maximum client progress and clinical success.
Consultation & Training
Caregiver Support: Provide consultation and training for parents, teachers, and community members to ensure carry-over of skills.
Community Advocacy: Conduct education programs for families and community groups and provide consultation to external stakeholders as needed.
Compliance & Administration
Reporting: Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports within the requirements of funding sources and governing regulations.
Documentation: Ensure progress notes and medical records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
Safety & Advocacy: Respect and preserve the dignity and confidentiality of all participants; report any evidence of neglect or abuse to the Administrative Team.
Qualifications
Certification: Must be currently certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree from an ABA-accredited program is preferred.
Experience: Clinical experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and/or adults. Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Medicaid regulations is a plus.
Clinical Skills: Strong analytical skills to synthesize clinical data into effective diagnosis and treatment plans.
Professionalism: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Working Conditions & Expectations

Certifications: Must maintain CEU requirements and current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and CPI.
